The Inspection & Onboarding Process

When you contact East Cleveland Pest Control, here's what happens:

    Initial Contact

    Caleb Davidson will contact you directly — typically within one business day — to discuss your situation, gather basic information, and schedule a convenient inspection time.

    On-Site Inspection

    We inspect the property thoroughly: interior spaces, exterior perimeter, potential entry points, and any areas of visible pest activity. The inspection is thorough because accurate diagnosis is the foundation of effective treatment.

    Assessment & Recommendation

    After the inspection, we explain what we found in plain language and recommend a treatment plan. We cover what products will be used, how they'll be applied, what you should do to prepare, and what to expect after treatment.

    Treatment

    Once you've approved the plan, we proceed with treatment. For most jobs, the first treatment appointment is the primary service visit. Some infestations require multiple visits, which we schedule as part of the plan from the start.

  5. 5

    Follow-Up

    We follow up to confirm the problem is resolved. If additional treatment is needed, we schedule it. Our goal is not just to treat the problem but to make sure it's actually gone.
