East Cleveland Pest Control was founded in 2006 by Caleb Davidson with a simple premise: provide honest, effective pest control to homeowners and businesses in the Cleveland area without the upsells, vague timelines, or hands-off service common at larger companies. Nearly 20 years later, that approach is still what defines us.
We started as a residential-focused operation serving the east side of Cleveland — the neighborhoods around East Cleveland, Euclid, Cleveland Heights, and South Euclid. Over time, our service area grew to cover a much broader portion of greater Cleveland and Cuyahoga County, and we added commercial accounts as word spread. But the business has always stayed owner-operated. Caleb Davidson still handles his own inspections and treatments rather than building a team of subcontractors with minimal oversight.
That decision reflects a deliberate choice. When the owner does the work, quality control is built in. Customers deal with the same experienced person from the initial call through the follow-up visit. There's accountability at every stage of the job.

Caleb Davidson
Owner & Manager — East Cleveland Pest Control
Caleb Davidson founded East Cleveland Pest Control in 2006 and still runs the company's day-to-day operations. He handles his own inspections and treatments rather than passing work off to other technicians, which means customers deal with the same experienced person from start to finish.
His approach is direct: show up on time, identify the problem correctly, apply the right treatment, and follow up to confirm resolution. He specializes in the pests most commonly encountered in northeast Ohio residential and commercial properties — rodents, ants, cockroaches, bed bugs, and wasps — and stays current on product safety standards and Ohio pest control regulations.
Caleb adjusts his methods based on property type and infestation severity. He works primarily with residential clients — single-family homes, condos, and multi-unit buildings — but also takes on small commercial accounts including offices, retail spaces, and food service facilities. He keeps his schedule manageable, communicates directly with clients, and follows up after every treatment to verify the outcome.
